Hi, I'm Jordan
Hi, I'm Jordan, the owner of A Star Waste Management, based right here in Worthing. For the past few years I have been helping people across Worthing and the surrounding towns with reliable, stress-free rubbish clearance and waste removal. Whether it is a full house clearance, a garden full of waste or just a load of junk you need gone, I want it to be easy.
A Star started with a simple idea: turn up when you say you will, give people an honest price, do the heavy lifting properly and leave the place tidier than you found it. It sounds obvious, but it is not what everyone experiences in this industry, and it is why so much of our work now comes from repeat customers and recommendations.
Today, A Star is a small, hard-working team with a fleet of green tipper vans, each wearing a Union Jack on the bonnet. We are proud to be a Worthing business, proud of the Sussex towns we work in, and proud of the reviews our customers leave. Every job still gets the same personal attention it did when it was just me and one van.

What we stand for
We price from what we can see, explain what affects the cost and stick to our quotes. No surprises on the day.
If we say we will be there in the morning, we are there in the morning. If something changes, we tell you.
We protect floors and walls, work carefully around gardens, and treat belongings, especially in bereavement clearances, with respect.
Licensed facilities only. Recycling and reuse wherever possible. Never fly-tipping, never cutting corners.
We live here too. The streets we clear are our own streets, and our reputation is built one job at a time.
The team
A local team, not a call centre
When you call A Star, you speak to someone who knows the area and the team. We are not a national franchise or a booking platform passing your job to whoever is nearby. The people who quote your job are the people who plan it, and the team that arrives knows what has been agreed.
That continuity matters most on the difficult jobs: a bereavement clearance where certain items must be set aside, a flat with strict building rules, or a commercial strip-out with a fixed handover date.

Our vans
Our fleet of lime-green tipper vans is hard to miss, with the A Star livery on the sides and a Union Jack on every bonnet. Tipper bodies mean we can handle heavy waste such as rubble and soil as well as bulky household items, and unload quickly at recycling facilities, which keeps costs down.
More than one customer has found us simply by seeing a van go past and ringing the number on the side.
Licensed, insured and accountable
We are a licensed waste carrier and fully insured. All waste is taken to authorised facilities, and business customers receive a waste transfer note for every collection. If you would like to see our credentials before booking, just ask.
Our motto has always been: be part of the solution, not the pollution. It is a reminder that every load we collect should end up in the right place.

Quoted a good price for some hardcore removal after breaking up a pathway. A Star came and removed the waste the next day. The lads were polite and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.
Jordan organized his crew to come and clear a mountain of rubbish from my back garden. A well overdue clearance all soggy and disintegrated and included a dead rat within..yuk. The lads did an amazing job. They were polite and courteous and worked flat out in the pouring rain. I can highly recommend them and will be using them again. Fantastic service I highly recommend them, took a shed down yesterday rang them last night they were here first thing this morning to take it away along with other garden waste. Highly competitive rates but they don't cut corners. They swept and tidied up after themselves as well, I'll definitely use A Star in all my future jobs. Thank you.
