We understand the turnaround pressure. Give us the check-out date, the access arrangements and the scope, and we will schedule the clearance so that the property is empty in time for the cleaners. We can work directly with your agent or property manager and supply photos and a waste transfer note for your records.
If a former tenant has left belongings behind, make sure the correct process for dealing with uncollected goods has been followed before anything is removed. Once you confirm the items can go, we will clear them.
For tenants protecting their deposit
Leaving furniture or rubbish behind is one of the most common reasons for deductions from a tenancy deposit. If you are moving out and cannot take everything with you, we can clear the unwanted items before the inventory check so that the property is returned in the condition your tenancy agreement requires.

Everything we remove from rental properties is sorted for reuse, recycling or disposal at licensed facilities. Sofas and armchairs are handled under the POPs rules, and white goods go for WEEE recycling.
Whoever takes your waste, check they are a registered waste carrier. Householders have a legal duty of care, and if waste you paid someone to remove is fly-tipped it can be traced back to you. We are licensed and insured, take every load to authorised facilities, and are always happy to show our credentials.
