Commercial end of tenancy
Commercial end of tenancy in Worthing and across Sussex
Commercial premises cleared and stripped back at the end of a lease, ready to hand back to the landlord.
At the end of a commercial lease, tenants usually need to remove their furniture, equipment and fit-out and return the premises in the condition the lease requires. Landlords and agents also need units cleared when a tenant leaves items behind.
We clear offices, shops, warehouses and units of furniture, fittings, stock and waste, and can combine the clearance with a soft strip-out where needed.
Quoted a good price for some hardcore removal after breaking up a pathway. A Star came and removed the waste the next day. The lads were polite and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend.

Advice
Timing and access in commercial buildings
Offices and units in managed buildings usually have rules on contractor access, loading bays, lift bookings and working hours. We plan the clearance around them and liaise with the building manager, so the handover date is not put at risk.
If the space is being re-let, we can clear it in time for the landlord's agents, surveyors and contractors to start work straight away.

Good to know
For landlords and agents
If a commercial tenant has left items behind, we can clear the unit once you have confirmed the correct process has been followed.
Every job includes a waste transfer note.
For tenants protecting their deposit
Leaving furniture or rubbish behind is one of the most common reasons for deductions from a tenancy deposit. If you are moving out and cannot take everything with you, we can clear the unwanted items before the inventory check so that the property is returned in the condition your tenancy agreement requires.
We can also clear items from the garden, shed or loft that are easy to forget until the last minute.

What affects the price
We quote every job individually, usually from photos. The main factors are:
From a few bags to a full house.
Mattresses, sofas and fridges have higher disposal costs.
Stairs and parking restrictions.
Very short notice may affect scheduling.
Gardens, sheds and garages add volume.
How to prepare
- Confirm the check-out date and when the property must be empty.
- Arrange keys and access through your agent if you cannot be there.
- Confirm that any belongings left by a former tenant can be removed.
- Tell us about stairs, parking and any building rules.
- List anything that belongs to the landlord and is staying.
- Ask for photos and a waste transfer note if you need them for your records.
Responsible disposal
Where your waste goes
Everything we remove from rental properties is sorted for reuse, recycling or disposal at licensed facilities. Sofas and armchairs are handled under the POPs rules, and white goods go for WEEE recycling.
Whoever takes your waste, check they are a registered waste carrier. Householders have a legal duty of care, and if waste you paid someone to remove is fly-tipped it can be traced back to you. We are licensed and insured, take every load to authorised facilities, and are always happy to show our credentials.

We have used this company a number of times. Very professional, I would highly recommend them. They are happy to go that extra mile with no hesitation.
Really good service. Competitive price and left the site clear. I liked the good communication e.g. pictures of the finished job as I couldn't be at home as I was working. Great job and I would use them again.
