Jordan set the business up here, the office is here, and a large share of our work is still within a few miles of the pier. That matters when you need something cleared: we know the one-way streets around the town centre, the tight turning circles in the roads behind the seafront, which Goring avenues have wide verges and which Broadwater terraces have no front parking at all.

We clear everything from a single sofa in a BN11 flat to a full probate clearance of a four-bedroom house in Offington. Most customers start the same way: they send a few photos on WhatsApp, we reply with a price, and we agree a day. Because we are local, we can often fit in short-notice jobs when the diary allows, and several of our Google reviews mention being collected the day after the first message.

Whatever we take away goes to licensed waste facilities, not a lay-by on the A27. We sort as we load so that metal, cardboard, timber, garden waste and electricals can be recycled where possible, and anything reusable is set aside rather than binned. It is the kind of clearance you would want for your own street, because for us it usually is our own street.

Homes in Worthing

Worthing's housing changes every mile or so. The streets around the town centre and Heene are dense Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many split into flats. Goring, Durrington and Salvington are dominated by 1930s semis and post-war bungalows with long rear gardens, while Offington, Charmandean and Findon Valley have larger detached homes. Knowing the property type lets us quote accurately from photos, because the access from a Heene conversion is a different job to a drive-up bungalow in Goring.

Goring, Ferring-side streets, Durrington and Findon Valley have some of the most generous gardens on this stretch of coast, and many were laid out with mature hedges, conifers and fruit trees that are now fifty or more years old. That means heavy hedge cuttings, tree limbs, rotten sheds and old greenhouses are common clearance jobs here. Worthing's chalky soil on the downland edge also produces a lot of flint and rubble when beds are dug over.

Parking is the thing that most often slows a Worthing clearance. Much of the town centre and the streets near the seafront sit inside controlled parking zones with resident permit bays, and many terraces have no off-street space at all. We park as close as the rules allow, keep carry distances short, and if your road is permit-only we will talk through the best loading spot when we quote.

Those are good options for the odd item, but they come with waiting times, item limits and rules on vans and DIY waste. We are the alternative when you want everything gone in one visit, loaded for you, on a day that suits you.

Coast and seafront

Worthing's seafront has rows of beach huts and a lot of seafront flats. Salt air is hard on timber and metal, so rotten beach huts, rusted garden furniture and corroded barbecues are regular items for us.
