The quickest way to a price

The quickest way to get a price is to send us a few photos on WhatsApp. Include the waste itself, the route from the waste to the road, and your postcode. We reply during office hours with a clear quote, and if you are happy, we will book you in.

What to include in your photos

Good photos let us give you an accurate price without a visit. Take a wide shot of everything that needs to go, plus a couple of closer shots of any bulky or unusual items. Then take a photo of the route out: stairs, doorways, side gates and where a van could park.

Tell us about anything that is not obvious from the photos, such as items in the loft, a lift that is out of order, or rubble under a tarpaulin. The more we know, the more accurate the quote will be.

Booking and arrival

Once you accept the quote, we agree a day and an approximate arrival time. On the day, we check what is going and what is staying before we start. If you cannot be there, we can collect from an agreed location and send photos of the finished job.

If anything changes on either side, we will let you know as early as possible.

Areas we cover

We cover Worthing and the Sussex coast from Chichester to Brighton, including Lancing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Southwick, Portslade, Littlehampton, Rustington and Angmering, along with the villages in between. If you are just outside these areas, ask us anyway.

For businesses, we can set up regular or on-call collections.

For landlords, agents and businesses

If you manage properties or run a business, we can set up an account-style arrangement so that repeat jobs are quick to book. Send the address, access details and photos, and we will quote and schedule the clearance directly with your tenant, agent or site contact if you prefer.

Commercial customers receive a waste transfer note with every collection, and we can send photos of completed jobs for your records.

What happens after you get in touch

We look at your photos, ask any questions we need to, and send a clear price. If you accept, we agree a day and an approximate arrival time and confirm it in writing. If the job is large, awkward or unusual, we may suggest a quick visit first so there are no surprises for either of us.

On the day, the team will call ahead if anything changes, check the job with you on arrival, load and sweep, and let you know when they are finished.

Photos are the key to an accurate price, so once WhatsApp opens, attach a wide shot of the waste, close-ups of anything bulky and a picture of the route to the road. If you prefer email, attach the photos to the message before you send it.

We reply during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Messages sent in the evening or at the weekend are answered first thing on the next working day.
