Clearing gardens, sheds and lofts too
The most commonly missed areas at the end of a tenancy are the garden, the shed, the loft and any external bin store. Old barbecues, garden furniture, bags of rubbish and broken toys often turn up long after the main rooms have been emptied.
We check every area when we quote, so that the property is fully clear before the inventory clerk arrives and there are no surprises at check-out.

If a tenant has left belongings, the landlord should follow the correct process for uncollected goods before removal. Once you confirm, we will clear them.
We provide photos and a waste transfer note if needed.

Everything we remove from rental properties is sorted for reuse, recycling or disposal at licensed facilities. Sofas and armchairs are handled under the POPs rules, and white goods go for WEEE recycling.
Whoever takes your waste, check they are a registered waste carrier. Householders have a legal duty of care, and if waste you paid someone to remove is fly-tipped it can be traced back to you. We are licensed and insured, take every load to authorised facilities, and are always happy to show our credentials.
