Every town has its own quirks. These are the things that shape rubbish removal jobs in Lancing.
Much of South Lancing was built between the wars and in the decades after, so the typical Lancing property is a bungalow, a chalet bungalow or a semi with a drive. That is good news for a clearance: the van can usually park on the drive or right outside, and there are few stairs to deal with. Chalet bungalows do have steep, narrow staircases to the first-floor rooms and small eaves storage, which we allow for when we price.
Access in Lancing is generally straightforward. Most roads have on-street parking without permit schemes and many properties have drives.
