Lancing has fewer large blocks than Worthing or Brighton, but there are low-rise flats around the station and the shopping parade on North Road, and retirement developments across the town. Most are two or three storeys without lifts, so carrying furniture down the stairs safely is part of the job.

Jordan organized his crew to come and clear a mountain of rubbish from my back garden. A well overdue clearance all soggy and disintegrated and included a dead rat within..yuk.
